Welcome to MCS Counseling Group. By accessing or using our website at www.mcscounseling.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

These Terms govern your use of our website only. The provision of clinical counseling services is subject to separate agreements, including our informed consent forms, intake documentation, and applicable professional and legal requirements. Clinical services are not governed by these website Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will:

  • Use the Site only in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out forms or communicating with us
  • Not use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site

  • Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability or confirmation
  • A counselor-client relationship is not established until an appointment is confirmed and intake documentation is completed
  • We reserve the right to decline appointment requests for any reason
  • Cancellation and no-show policies are provided separately during the intake process

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit information through our contact forms, booking tools, or other interactive features, you grant MCS Counseling Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use the submitted information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or providing the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and does not violate the rights of any third party.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our client portal, insurance verification tools, and other resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. MCS Counseling Group:
