Our internship program at MCS was designed with you in mind.
Our year-long internship program gives graduate students the depth of experience, supervision, and mentorship they need to become confident, well-rounded clinicians, in a supportive group practice setting.
Manage your own caseload of 8–12 client therapy sessions per week, working across a range of concerns, modalities, and relational dynamics including individual and group sessions.
Receive individual and group supervision from a Washington state-approved, relationally-trained supervisor, the consistent mentorship you need to grow session by session.
You're not just an intern, you're part of the team. Attend staff meetings, consultation groups, and continuing education sessions alongside our licensed clinicians.
You won't navigate this alone. Learn and grow alongside a cohort of fellow graduate therapists who are at the same stage of their journey, peers who get it.
Take part in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities that extend your training well beyond what the classroom provides.
Our supervisors and senior clinicians are genuinely invested in your development. You'll have people to turn to when sessions are hard and moments feel uncertain.
We're looking for graduate students who are passionate about mental health, committed to equitable and culturally-responsive care, and ready to bring curiosity and dedication to every session. A collaborative spirit, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow within a team environment are essential. Spaces are limited. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Spaces in our program fill quickly. Submit your application below and we'll be in touch within a few business days to discuss next steps.
